    No, all meetings before, during and after the project are free of charge.

    Consultation

    When you wish to discuss in depth questions about your visuals without starting a project with us, a consultation fee is charged for these meetings. The short introductional meeting beforehand is free of charge.

  • When we have discussed your project, I can give you a quote for the project as a whole.

    In case you later wish to extend the project beyond the scope of what was initially discussed, we decide together how to stay within the budget of the initial quote or we discuss an additional quote to complete the extended project.

    In any case, you will not be charged unexpected costs.

  • After our first meeting, in which we discuss what it is that you need, you will sent over any relevant documents. This will be discussed during the meeting.

    After doing some research on our end, you will receive a quote with an offer and suggestions (if relevant) for the project.

    When the quote is agreed upon you can expect conceptual sketches within the discussed timeframe.

    We will go back and forth until we are happy with the concept sketches. When you give feedback, you will try to be as critical as possible. At this stage, changes are easily made.

    When you approve the sketches they will be turned into the actual product, in the discussed style.

    We go back and forth to finetune the final product to fit your exact needs.

    After approval of the final product, it will be sent to you in high resolution. Ready to use.
